Payment
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Paypal, Personal or Certified Check, Money Orders. Your item will be shipped once payment is confirmed/cleared and your item is ready. If you live in California, applicable sales tax will be added.

Shipping
Within United States – Free Shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight – Fully tracked, insured, signature required.
Overseas – Via FedEx International Priority, fully insured, signature required. You pay less than half of the shipping fees. You will be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred by customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer a 5 day money-back guarantee on all purchases (excluding custom-made items and items on payment/financing plans). You will have 5 business days from the time you sign for your package to postmark the package back to me. You must return the item in its original condition with its documents. You must contact me for how to ship it back to me. I use a private insurance/shipping company to make sure the item is properly insured. I will email you the shipping label and send you instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. I cannot assume any responsibility for any item not returned to me in this manner.
Refunds will be given back through Paypal provided these guidelines are followed. Refunds will be given less shipping costs. If I sized your ring, there will be a $25 charge. If the item needs to be cleaned, there will be a $10 charge. If the item is returned without its original box, cleaner and/or paperwork, there will be a $15 charge.
Additional Policies and FAQs
WARRANTY INFO: For my US CUSTOMERS- I offer a ONE YEAR WARRANTY on all loss or replacement of accent stones. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping one way (typically $25 to $35), I pay the shipping back to you. If you lose an accent stone, please contact me for a return shipping label and shipping instructions. The items must be returned with my shipping label, do not send it on your own. I will send you the shipping label and instructions to make sure the item is properly insured. I will repair it and send it right back to you. There is no warranty for center stones. If you want your center stone covered, you can insure it through your Homeowner’s Insurance Policy, or purchase a Jewelry Insurance Policy. They will insure the item for you, which will protect you. If you are in need of a third party Appraisal so that you can insure your jewelry, let me know before I send the jewelry if possible. I will give you information and cost on the appraisal. This way, should you lose the entire item, or it is stolen, you will be able to replace it. If you have another jeweler work on the piece (including sizing) you void the warranty. I cannot be responsible for any damage done to the ring by another jeweler.
For my OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS – Again, I offer a 6 MONTH WARRANTY. Because of the high cost to insure the shipment of your ring, should an accent stone fall out, or repair become necessary, I won’t have you send the item back to me. Instead, you will send me pictures of the problem at which time I will determine the fair cost in US Dollars that should be refunded to you for the repair. This amount will be refunded in US Dollars to you through Paypal which you can use to take your item to a local jeweler of your choice for repair. You will be responsible for the difference in currencies or price should there be one. Again, I cannot be responsible for damage done to your piece by another jeweler.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Because each of my pieces are made just for you when you order them, the carat weight, number of accent stones, size, and metal weight may vary depending on your ring size, the gems used etc. Unless otherwise stated, I typically use diamonds that are approximately G-H, SI1-2. Other grades of diamonds are available for varying costs. Because all rings are made either completely or mostly from scratch, there is always some “character” to the jewelry. Because my jewelry is made by hand and not by a machine, slight imperfections may be noticed. But this is the beauty of handmade – you know it was made by warm hands, not cold steel. Computer sketches are available for those that want as close to perfection as possible. All gems that I use are natural stones unless otherwise stated. Some gems may have various treatments. Feel free to ask for details on the jewelry you are interested in. All photography is done by me in natural sunlight to capture the true colors and beauty as closely as possible. Colors may vary depending on your monitor and the gems picked for your jewelry.
